Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw your order without giving reasons within 30 days, as text (e.g. letter, email) or by return of the goods. The cancellation period shall commense at the earliest on receipt of this instruction. To claim the protection of the law it is sufficient to dispatch the cancellation within the time limit. Consequences of a withdrawal

In case of a valid withdrawal on both sides received benefits have to be recompensed and possibly gained advantages (e.g. bank interest) have to be released. If you cannot return to us the received benefit completely, or you are only able to return it partially or in a declined condition, you are liable to indemnify (you have to indemnify us for the loss). This does not apply if the worsening of goods is caused by a verification as it is possible to verify goods in a retail shop. You can prevent liability for damages by
- do not put the item(s) into operation - refrain from everything what could influence the value of the goods - do not open or damage the original packing unless you are sure to keep the items
Goods have to be send back to us. You have to pay the costs of the reshipment.
Reshipments have always to be send as recorded delivery 'carriage and insurance paid'. Parcels sent as 'carriage forward' won't be accepted. Don't hesitate to contact us, before sending items back.
