RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied that your purchase and that it has met with the descriptions given, however if the goods fail to meet the descriptions we will accept returns of the goods providing the buyer contacts us within the 7 day approval period. We require a 'Written Cancellation note' stating your Ebay ID, name, address, contact telephone number, receipt number, description of goods and reason for return. Original sales receipt must be returned. Refunds will be made providing goods are received back complete and without subsequent damage. If goods are not received back as supplied then charges and a restocking fee will be applied.  We cannot accept any liability/responsibility in the choice of goods you have ordered.
We will not refund the cost of returning the item to us and the purchaser is responsible for any returned goods until it reaches us. 
We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Any items that require postal insurance claims due to breakages, must provide us with photographs of breakages, and all packaging it was sent in must be saved, otherwise we cannot offer a refund due to courier insurance requirements.
