1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website see (date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.
1.2 The price you pay is the price you have agreed on which ever, media you have elected for at the time of your purchase. Any offers cannot be reserved unless paid in full to secure.
1.3 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, see (Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions)
1.4 Distance selling. If you buy on line or over the telephone we offer a 7 day money back guarantee from the day of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product we will refund the full value including postage on the return of the goods in good condition. The customer is responsible for the return postage. If you decide to return the goods within the 7 day period you must telephone us (0870 383 1689 national rate) with your intention and return the goods within 7 days of notification with a copy of the purchase invoice and a covering note requesting a refund. Failure to follow this procedure you will not be entitled to a refund.
1.5 Safety. Coemi Uk Ltd nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of products supplied by us. Ceomi Uk Ltd does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Ceomi Uk Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third party.
Warranty
All mail order products (see below) have a 12 month manufacturers warrantee against any defects operated by Coemi Uk Ltd - parts only warranty - from the date delivered.
Labour costs and Carriage/courier costs for items being returned to Coemi Uk Ltd are the responsibility of the customer. No liability will be taken by Coemi for returned goods damaged in transit. Only if the goods are deemed faulty or miss described on delivery will any carriage costs be refunded.
Return carriage to customer addresses will be covered by Coemi Uk Ltd only if defects covered by the warranty are found. We will at our option either repair or replace free of charge for the original purchaser any part of any new Coemi Uk Ltd product that is found by the company to be defective, with exception to the items listed below under item parts not covered by warranty.
   1. Damage caused by unreasonable use, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
   2. Any part damaged in competitive racing, off road and/or used commercially or rented, in the case of winches excessive use or over weight. (see winch guidelines, bent or damaged clutch gear levers render the warranty null and void)
   3. Defects caused by alterations or modifications, accidents or failure to follow the instructions in the instruction manual.
   4. Normal wearing parts such as cables, clutches, brake parts, steering joints, drive couplings, light fittings and switches, which are subject to replacement dependent on normal wear and tear or require replacement in connection with normal maintenance.
   5. Overheating damage caused by lack of ventilation or excessive loads for long periods for example inverters (see instruction manual).
Damage caused by weather or any other acts of God are not part of the warranty and should be covered by your normal household or commercial insurance.
Returns procedure. You must pact item adequately to prevent damage along with a copy of the purchase invoice and a claim form. (available on the web site) Failure to follow this procedure you will not be entitled to any repair or refund.
GU10 LED bulbs
Caution do not use excessive force turning the bulb in the fitting this can cause the unit to come apart and is not covered by warranty. Standard dimmer switches can not be used with LED bulbs, we do however have a dimmer driver for 12v MR16 LEDs.
MR16 LED bulbs
Caution, you should ensure that a recommended LED driver is used for this product, voltage tolerances are just 12v + or – 1v DC. Standard halogen transformers can not be used as they can cause over voltage and failure of the bulb.
