Items are usually posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment/clearance of cheque (postal order preferred as no clearance time). Where items have been priced for postage at the small packet rate but are subsequently found to qualify as large letter, they will either be upgraded from second class to first, or a refund made, as appropriate. Where suitable, bubblewrap lined or reinforced envelopes are used. Proof of postage will be obtained. I am not responsible for items delayed/lost in post, but will provide proof of postage if required.
