THERE MAYBE SMALL SCUFFS / SCRATCHES ON THE ITEM WHICH WE HAVE NOT MENTIONED. A BRIEF EXTERNAL INSPECTION HAS BEEN UNDERTAKEN BUT WE HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED TO POWER UP THE UNIT. NO OTHER CHECKS HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT, AND NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN AS TO THE EXISTENCE AND WORKING ORDER OF INTERNAL PARTS.

1)      No returns or Warranty with this item. It is sold as seen for spares / repair. 

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Payment needs to be received within 5 days of winning, regardless of bidding on other items. This applies to all and there are no exceptions. If payment is not received within 5 days of winning an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Once the dispute is opened, once we can claim our Final Value Fee back, items will be relisted and strikes sent immediately.

We ONLY accept cash on collection, not Paypal and correct money must be given as we do not have change.

We DO NOT accept personal cheques or any form of Bank Transfer etc, so please do not ask, and please do not bid if you cannot pay by any of the methods listed above.

If paying by Paypal, you must pay for the item(s) through E-Bay checkout system. We do not check for direct Paypal payments, so if you do not pay through E-Bay checkout, your item will not be dispatched, and we are not liable for any delays incurred as a result of this. We also do not read Paypal or E-Bay notes. Please e-mail us directly through E-Bay.

 

DISPATCH:

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK (ENGLAND, WALES, NORTHERN IRELAND AND SCOTLAND). WE DO NOT SHIP ABROAD AT ALL, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Items are dispatched the working day after cleared payment has been received.

Standard delivery charge is £15 per unit (see below for Scottish and Northern Ireland addresses).

All laptops are shipped by Parceline, who offer next working day delivery (with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). We do not offer delivery on Saturdays.

Addresses in Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands of Scotland:

Delivery is charged at £25 for each unit.

This applies to the following Scottish postcodes: AB, DD7 - 11, FK17 - 22, G83, HS1 - 9, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 39, IV55 - 56, KA27 - 28, KW1 - 3, KW5 - 14, KW15 - 17, PA1 - 48, PA60 - 78, PA80-99, PH18 - 26, PH30 - 99, ZE1 - 3 and BT postcodes. Delivery to these areas takes two working days.

Parceline require a contact telephone number for Northern Ireland packets. Please provide this when paying.

Re-delivery (where item has been returned to us following failed deliveries) are charged at £15 (£25 for NI and areas of Scotland as above).

Items must still be paid for within 5 days and collected within 3 days of payment. Collections must be pre-arranged and are possible between 9am and 5pm weekdays. We do not offer collections at weekends. 24 hour notice is appreciated (expecially for large collections). No exceptions.
