RETURNS POLICY
Returning faulty goods
Faulty goods returned within 28 days of purchase will be refunded in full. We ‘the seller’ will be responsible for recovering the goods from the buyer. The buyer will be entitled to a full refund including any delivery costs or a replacement if the goods are in fact deemed to be defective. 
Returning of unwanted non faulty goods
If you are not happy with your purchase, please call us so we can discuss the issues and seek the quickest resolution. We appreciate that happy customers are the life blood of our business. 
Returns of unwanted or non-faulty goods within 7 days of purchase will be credited with a full refund of the price paid for the product less postage costs. Please note that we cannot be responsible for return postage costs, this is the buys responsibility on non faulty goods. The goods will be deemed as accepted if we are not notified otherwise within 7 days and cannot be returned. 
Unwanted or non faulty goods must be returned at the buyers expense within 7 days in a re-saleable condition ( i.e unused, umarked and in original unmarked packaging). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the package is reasonably protected when returned. 
Cancelling an order
An order maybe cancelled prior to dispatch by email notification and a full refund will be given within 28 days.
