All
the items we sell, unless otherwise stated, are sold on the
understanding that they have been ex showroom, reconditioned, display
model, an unwanted gift or similar.
In
most cases these items will have been back to the manufacturer where
they have been fully re-tested and packaged with all accessories.
These
items are in full working order, however to avoid misrepresenting this
product in any way it is best to be prepared to accept cosmetic
blemishes. This can include scuffs or scratches but will not affect the
functioning of the product.
Some items are sold as NEW, these will be clearly marked as new on the listing itself. In most cases these new products are end of line, excess stock or similar.
In
some cases, where possible, stock is checked by ourselves. These items
will often have a more detailed description and will say exactly where
any blemishes are.
DELIVERY/ COLLECTION
We
aim to dispatch goods on the day of payment up to 3pm Monday to Friday.
If payment is received after 3pm the item will be dispatched the
following day.
Payments made Friday after 3pm and over the weekend will be dispatched the following monday.
We use Parcel Force on a 48hr service.
We only deliver to UK post codes.
If payment is made via Paypal the customer will receive an automatic delivery email including a tracking number.
Click
Track Parcel on either our main shop page or any of the listings and
using the number the customer can see the status of their delivery.
If payment is made any other way the customer will have to contact us for the tracking number via Ebay contact.
All emails should be sent Via the Ebay site.
Due to the fact that these products are not sold as new they do not carry a manufacturers warranty.
Every item we sell we cover with our own 30 day warranty. If
you find any fault within this 30 day period it must be reported
immediately and returned to us in its original packaging. Please bear
in mind auctions that have detailed descriptions, although still carry
the 30 day warranty, will not be covered for any faults described.
Customers
should enclose their details and a brief outline of the fault. Once
received an exchange or refund will be given depending on what has been
requested.
In
most cases our new items will carry the same warranty, this is due to
the fact that they are often end of line or excess stock and are sold
to us under a no returns basis.
If
however there is any manufacturers warranty on any of our items it will
be clearly stated in the listing. It is advised that items being
returned to us are sent via recorded delivery.
If an item is lost in the post with no proof of postage we will no accept responsibility.
