Our Payment and Shipping

At present we only accept payment via PayPal, as this is the easiest and most secure method of payment for all our customers. We are also looking into offering our customers further payment options. We are PayPal verified and customers are eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.  As for our shipping, our domestic handling time is normally within one working day, and depending on which postage service you choose, you can have your item as early as tomorrow. All our items are sent via Royal Mail. 

Our Returns Policy 
If there is a fault with the item, or it does not function as described in depth in the listing, then we will send out a replacement. 

Discounts and Promotions 

We also provide our customers with discounts for combining postage for multiple items. Also where 2 or more items are purchased each customer will receive a gift. We provide our returning customers with further discounts, which if applicable are stated on our listings. For UK buyer : I accept Paypal, Postal Orders
For International buyer : I accept Pay Pal only . ( Pound Sterling , Euros , Australian Dollar , Yen and US Dollar.)
Discount will be given for any combined shipments.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or postal orders

Order placed on Friday will normally be shipped on Saturday but this is not a guaranted. Orders placed over Weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Feedback

We will leave your positive feedback for prompt payment and smooth transaction. Feedback will be left automatically by our system after 48 hours.
If you leave me feedback early, We will leave it for you personally within 24hours. If you have a problem with an item you have purchased, then please contact us before leaving us feedback. Problems can be rectified quickly and easily by our customer’s services team.

Refund

Refund is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 5 days of item arrival. You have to send the item back in its actual condition.

Refund will be issued subject to the reduction of reasonable administration fees.

Generic / Non-Original product will carry no warranty. Any manufacturing fault has to be reported within 5 days and it shall be exchanged / replaced in accordance to our exchange policy

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Policy

Buyer is responsible for all return charges and we are responsible charges incurred in returning the goods.

If the returned item is not faulty, buyer also have to pay for the shipping and handling fees for returning the goods.
By bidding on our auction, we will assume that bidder had accepted our full terms & conditions.

Exchange or replacement

Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 5 days of item arrival. You have to send the item back in its actual condition.
