You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and your refund will be less the original postal costs and fees incurred by us during the sale. 22. Many of the photographs used are library images. We try to be as accurate as possible with the pictures used, but please be aware that manufacturers do at times change the appearance of a product during its manufacturing cycle.
Orders withheld
23. We reserve the right to withhold orders from buyers at our complete discretion. Where payment has already been made we will issue a full refund.
Product suitability
24. You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the items offered and by bidding for an item you are acknowledging the items as being suitable.
Out of stock items
25. We make every effort to ensure that all items are in stock and ready for delivery but in rare cases we may have to issue a refund if the item is no longer available. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil the order you agree to “mutually withdraw from sale” without leaving negative feedback.
