| All goods are checked thoroughly by our trained staff before dispatching and so limiting any return problems or missing parts.
Upon receipt of your goods please carefully inspect and make sure that the item is in full working order ,complete,and as described.
Returned items will only be accepted within 7 working days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and the refund will be less the original postal costs and fees incurred by us during the sale. The goods must be returned to us in the condition that that they were sent, with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline the refund if the item is not suitable for resale.
Where items are found to be faulty or damaged you will be offered an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item but all other postal costs will be met by ourselves. Where a refund is required you will be credited for the full sale amount.
