In the unlikely event that you may have received an item that is defective in any way, contact us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement of the same kind to you straight away. Customers must return items at their own cost- whilst a recorded delivery may not be necessary, we would strongly suggest that a ‘certificate of posting’ should be obtained from the post office when returning goods. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of a paypal refund or a cheque. Please email us if you wish to return an item. This returns policy covers against defective workmanship only, misuse or wilful damage will render the warranty void. |
