* Returns / Refunds. Please contact us before returning an item, via ebay message or or Tel: 020 3286 2967. If there has been an error on our part or the item is defective, we will try to replace it, if not possible then we will refund in full. If you are wish to return your purchase up to 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, return will be at customers expense and we will refund the purchase price of the item only. These items must have been tried on over underclothes, be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Items are checked thoroughly on return. * Shipping / Delivery. Normally dispatched same or next working day as payment clears. UK items Seller Standard is 2nd Class mail (3-4 working days). Order and payment must be completed by 1100 at the latest on the day prior to required delivery date (Saturday delivery NOT guaranteed by Royal mail).
