Die Holder Set with MT2 and MT3 shanks

Excellent tailstock die holder set for for 13/16", 1", 1-5/16" and 1-1/2" OD dies. Complete with both MT2 and MT3 shanks to fit a wide range of lathes. 

We have had this set manufactured to our specifications and it is not available anywhere else. Its major benefits are that it does not require the operator to hang on to

a handle whilst thread cutting, anyone who has cut a coarse thread in steel will know the effort and potential danger in holding one of these handles! Accuracy is maintained because all the die holders are machined as part of the guide. Sets with die holders which fit into another die holder on the main body have the potential to offset the die.

Our set has 2 double ended sliding holders which are interchangeable with both shafts. The shafts are hardened and ground and the set is supplied in a substantial wood storage box with ample room for storing dies etc.
