From an audiophile view point,
it is a bad idea to fit a phono stage INSIDE a valve amplifier
or transistor amplifier.

If you have amplifer (valve , tube , transistor , MOSFET , digital , Class D , Class A , etc )
and somebody has fitted a TRANSISTORISED / INTEGRATED CIRCUIT phono stage ,
you will LOSE SOUND QUALITY !

The HUGE voltage and HUGE current in the amplifier
will affect 'contaminate' the
TINY TINY TINY signal from the turntable.

you buy a separate dedicated  phono stage / preamplifier.

You plug your turntable into the phono stage / preamplifier (usually a SMALL box)

You connect the phono stage / preamplifier (usually a SMALL box)
to our valve amplifiers.
(We will even supply you a FREE , audiophile quality cable, with gold plated plugs, double shield for lower noise, etc)

You connect the phono stage / preamplifier (usually a SMALL box)
to the mains or mains adaptor.
