LARGE NEEDLEPOINT TAPESTRY LANDSCAPE IN FRAME

A very large needlepoint tapestry landscape in frame.

A very impressive, unusual and beautiful picture with lots of detail.

One can only imagine the hours of work involved to finish this piece.

It was framed by the top gallery Lyver & Boydell of Liverpool in February 1996.

The gallery is now run online as the shop is closed. I can't be sure if they sold the tapestry from their gallery or if a customer bought it in for framing. It was almost certainly framed by Atkinsons of Duke Street, Liverpool the professional framers. 

It does have a majestic air when exhibited.

Image size 14 inches x 30 inches.

Frame size  21 inches x 36 inches.

It's quite a heavy item at 4.5 kilos unpacked.

I'm guessing it will need about 3 kilos of packing, that will be the reason for the high postage costs. I will adjust any costs when the item is ready for dispatch. So at this point the postage is an estimate, it should be near enough what I expect it to be. It can be collected for free. I can just send the tapestry without the frame should you require; when you have won the item, this will be very much cheaper postage wise. This could be ideal for International Buyers. I will reduce the listing price by £8.00 in this case.You decide.
