Most products listed will be available to pick-up although occasionally some listing may be offered on a shipping only basis.  If in any doubts please call us.

Returns Policy :

Any product can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery.  The product must not be marked or damaged in any way in order to receive a refund.  For any products damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  If you have any queries with regards to our return policy please contact us on 0845 2260166. 

We will look to resolve any potential return issues as quickly and as fairly as possible.  If in doubt please speak to us.

Payment Options

We offer a number of payment options. 

You can make an immediate payment online using PayPal. 

You can send a cheque.  Cheques normally require 5-9 working days to clear.  Goods will be shipped as soon as payment clears through our bank. 

You can pay by credit card over the phone. 

Or you can pay by credit card or in cash by picking the product up from our warehouse in Timperley, Cheshire (Please check that the listing offers a pick-up service, occasionally it may only be list a shipping only option)

Warranty:

All products come with a minimum 12 months warranty.  Where a longer warranty is offered it will be detailed in the listing itself.

Delivery & Shipping Cost:

We deliver virtually all our product by courier and will generally require a signature upon delivery. 

All deliveries take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm. We aim to ship your order within 1 working day of the auction ending. 

If we can we will always try and work around a delivery time more suited to you.  Saturday deliveries and AM deliveries are available at an additional cost.  Please contact us for more information.
