Description

Just fantastic quality on this movement. I have never come across such thick beveled glass before in a bezel. Wonderful ruby paletted visible escapement and crisp two part porcelain dial.

The clock is in running order and the movement is pretty clean and bright. Strike functions correctly - a suitable bell is listed separately if required and postage will not be charged additionally.

The bezel is 145mm and the movement will fit a hole approx. 132mm across. Pendulum marking is 9 10. No maker's mark but as good as any i have seen.

The central portion of the dial has two spots of repair as seen. There are two faint hairlines in the chapter ring and a couple of minor scratches to the bezel. Both retaining straps are in excellent order.
