Due to the unique way we operate compared with other sellers, we are able to keep our overheads and running costs to a minimum - hence passing the saving onto the customer. In addition, we have a fantastic relationship with all of our suppliers and in some cases we buy direct from the manufacturer. As a result we are able to offer our items at a fraction of the RRP.

Rugsmart will accept returns subject to email notification within 48 hours of accepting delivery. If the item included free delivery, a cost of £7.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of our delivery to you.
Rugsmart will not be liable for any costs incurred when returning goods, or where goods are returned in a used condition.
