These NBC suits were produced in the mid 80's for the M.O.D and are the real McCoy !
Jacket - The smock, has a zipped front and velcro overseal . It has an attached hood with an elasticated face opening. Velcro strips are also provided at the cuffs and hips to allow easy individual adjustment for size. Bellows type pockets, with stitching penetrating only the outer layer of the main suit are provided on each breast and on the right sleeve, and a patch pocket with divisions for pens is fitted on the left upper sleeve.
Trousers - The trousers have a gussetted front end with brace tapes sewn at the back, and loops at the front to give over-the-shoulder braces which can be tied at the front. Waist and the lower legs can be adjusted by velcro fasteners. Bellows type pockets are provided on each thigh. Both smock and trousers are designed with the outer and inner layers of fabric constructed separately and only joined at the edges, thus reducing any possibility of ingress through stitch holes.
Vacuum packed, weighing 1.6 - 1.9kg dependant on size and supplied complete with smock (jacket) and trousers. These are Genuine British Army NBC Suits, water resistant, look superb and are just brilliant for hunting and fishing, and nuclear attack*. *In the event of nuclear attack please note these suits are not designed to take a direct hit.

Q: More of a comment than a question, I wore these in the Army and on a cold night you couldn't wish for better kit, ideal for fishing shooting camping, paintballing etc, I have been looking for one of these suits for ages now I am buying one, at least one :) Nothing gets through this suit. Q: Hi i am interested in one of the suits, what are they made of and are they very thin (kagool thin) or reasonably thick. Also what size would fit a 36" waist and 42-43 chest?
A: Stronger and much heavier than a kagool, more like a waxed cotton. As its MOD equipment the suits dont carry a label showing the material make up. Order a large (180) for your size.
Q: How large is extra large, i am 6ft 42 chest 36 waist, would extra large be too large. Thanks
A: Yes you just need a large.(180).. These dont have traditional sizing as its no good them being to small when the bomb drops!! All velcro adjustment (tousers and jacket) so you wont be far out, unless your a v odd shape!!!lol hope this helps
