LARGE ANTIQUE SORRENTO WARE WALNUT JEWELLERY BOX c1890

A nice large sized Italian Sorrento Ware jewellery box dating to around 1890-1900. The lid of the box features inlaid dancing peasants all set within a micro mosaic border. The box is made from walnut and lined with velvet. There is a lock which cannot be accessed as the lock cover has been glued down, however the box is still funtional. Otherwise condition is very good with no loss to the mosaic or inlay.
The box measures 9.75 x 6.75 x 4.5 inches.

Payment is accepted via paypal, UK cheque or UK postal order within the UK. Overseas customers please use paypal.

If paying via Paypal, please note that in accordance with Paypal policy I can only post to the address registered with paypal so please do not request otherwise.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, I will refund the cost (less postage) providing the item is returned in the same condition as sold. It is my aim that all customers are satisfied with their purchase so if you are unhappy about anything please email me.

POST & DELIVERY

All postage options quoted cover postage & packing and are non-negotiable.

Within the UK I use Royal Mail recorded delivery, special delivery or standard parcels for large and heavy items. For items over £35 in value I would advise insurance, please request before paying.

For overseas delivery I use the standard Airmail service or International Signed For insured service for items over £35 in value. These services have a weight limit of 2 kilos. Please note that standard airmail is not traceable. Where items exceed 2kg in weight a courier service will be used.

Overseas Customers are responsible for all local import taxes.
