OFFERED FOR AUCTION IS A HEREND 6.5" CHINESE MAN KNEELING FIGURINE.  THE FIGURINE IS IN VERY GOOD PREVIOUSLY OWNED AND DISPLAYED CONDITION WITH NO SIGNS OF CHIPS, CRACKS OR CRAZING.  IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAD FELT ON THE BOTTOM AT ONE TIME.  WE HAVE A SMALLER VERSION OF THIS CURRENTLY LISTED AND MANY OTHER HEREND FIGURINES ALL FROM THE SAME LOCAL ESTATE AND WILL GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES.

We accept Paypal payments, money orders and cashiers checks. All major credit cards are accepted via Paypal. Paypal accepted for CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY. For UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES, PLEASE SEND MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK. Our address is included on this listing for money order/cashier check payments. North Carolina Residents will be charged 6.75% sales tax. All items must be paid for within 7 days of the auction's close. Non-Paying Bidder Alerts are sent after 7 days and regretably negative feedback is left.

Shipping:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS PAID THROUGH PAYPAL MUST BE SHIPPED TO A CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS.

We use both the United States Postal Service and UPS. For large, bulky or heavy items, we only ship UPS Ground within the continental USA. We can not ship these items to P.O. Boxes. Attn UPS Standard to Canada customers:  Please provide your telephone number for the customs forms. Insurance is included for the first $100.00 for UPS shipments. Additional insurance is at the Buyer's expense. Insurance is optional, but recommended with the USPS. We DO NOT refund for uninsured items lost or broken in transit. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ITEMS WHICH COST OVER $225.00 and  a COST OF $2.10  WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: An additional $5.00 or more will be added depending on the shipping rates for a particular country - these charges are based on the USPS rates plus your Country's rates. Shipping can be calculated by using the shipping calculator on this page.  

All items are packed at our store and include professional packing materials. Our packing fees vary and are designed to cover these costs plus labor. LOCAL PICK-UPS: We welcome local pick-ups. Please give us a call or email consigningwomen@bellsouth.net to let us know when you would like to pick-up your item. 6.75% sales tax and a $3.00 handling charge will apply to local pick ups.

Returns:

All auction items are sold as is. The majority of items we list are in previously owned and used condtion.  If you are seeking new items in mint condition, please do not bid on items that are stated as being previously owned.  Returns are accepted ONLY if we agree the item was not as described in the listing. Please contact us at consigningwomen@bellsouth.net  to advise us of an item you would like to return within 3 days of receiving it. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

For All Electronics and items we are unable to fully test: these are sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" condition as of the date of sale. Bidders please bid accordingly as returns are not accepted for these items.
