This a PCMCIA TV card in mint condition which I bought this year. I used it for playing PS2 games through my laptop screen. It provides excellent speed to transfer the PS2 video data to my laptop, much better than the USB TV capture card. I used it to play Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 with no delay! The PS2 version is Much better than the PC version. I will upgrade to PS3, so sell this good TV card.

You can use it to watch TV or capture video with no problem.
