PAYMENT: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN GB POUNDS STERLING 
ALL PAYMENTS WITHIN 7 DAYS 

UK PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Paypal, Personal Cheques , Uncrossed Postal Orders (please allow 5-7 days for cheques to clear) 

OVERSEAS PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Paypal 

DELIVERY: We ship items every working day, usually within 24 hours of payments being received and processed. For urgent purchases please be sure to make payment by 12 midday, for same day dispatch. Unfortunately delivery and dispatch times although accurate cannot be guaranteed as there is always the possibility of outside influences beyond our control.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: All items are visually inspected before dispatch to minimize disappointment.  In the unlikely event that the item proves to be faulty after being returned and inspected,  a replacement will be offered if available or a refund of the purchase price. All returns have to be by prior agreement and NO returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer sale or return and No refunds will be given for items that are simply unwanted. We always try to help if we can and exchanges can be arranged by prior agreement if the buyer is willing to cover all reasonable postage and packaging costs.
