Warranty

We are pleased to offer 12 months warranty on this item. If this item develops a defect within 12 months of the date of purchase, we will be pleased to replace it. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than stated or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

Exchanges and Refunds

If for any reason these bulbs are incorrect for your vehicle then we will be pleased to exchange them for you free of charge for the correct item (subject to availability) within 28 days of purchase. We offer a no quibble refund for any items returned in resalable condition within 28 days of purchase. To arrange an exchange or refund then please contact us first. Once you have arranged a return or refund you must send them back to us within 14 days.

Non Delivery

Unless you have chosen recorded delivery then you must contact us within 21 days of receiving the item shipped notice otherwise we will be unable to help. If you selected recorded delivery and your item doesn't turn up then contact us for a tracking number.

These are halogen bulbs that are filled with Xenon gas to give extra brightness. The blue coating to the bulb takes away the yellow effect to give a crisp daylight white light.

The K rating is a colour temperature NOT heat or brightness. The higher the K rating the bluer the bulb. Our 4000K bulbs are the optimum for maximum vision. Our 6500K bulbs are the optimum for the HID blue tint effect.

Yes. As these are UK supplied they carry the E mark where necessary for use in the UK and Europe. Many overseas sellers sell D.O.T. approved bulbs which are not road legal in the UK and Europe.

Yes these are a direct replacement for your existing bulbs. There are no extra modifications needed to install these.

Yes. These use the same power as a standard bulb so do not get any hotter. They are also UV protected for use with plastic lenses.

If your car is the same as in the listing title (please note any year restrictions) then yes these will be fine for your car. However in some very rare cases the data provided to us by the manufacturers is incorrect. We do suggest checking with your manual to confirm these are the correct ones for your car. If you receive the incorrect bulbs then we will of course be happy to exchange them free of charge for the correct ones.
