Postage Charges:  We deliver to UK addresses only.   We do not charge for postage on our orders.  However, we are unable to supply to the Channel Islands due to excessive postage charges.

Delivery: Delivery will be made by courier, please ensure you provide a delivery address where a signature can be obtained during working hours, Monday, Friday.

Although we usually process orders extremely quickly, please allow 7-14 days working days for delivery.

Sizing:  Much of our footwear is made for foreign markets, eg USA, Brazil, Europe and, therefore, has sizing printed on the shoes and packaging relating to that particular market.  We endeavour to size these shoes to the correct UK equivalent and you may, therefore, receive footwear where the original size details have been deleted and the correct UK equivalent size has been handwritten on.  Please ensure you try on all shoes received - we are usually fairly accurate on sizing.

Returns Policy:  If your purchase is unsuitable, we accept returns if made within 14 days of receipt and ensuring footwear is unworn and in original packaging - please see our Returns Policy for full details.  We reimburse customers with the full cost of the purchase, less our postage costs of £3.00.

Should you require an alternative size from the goods received, we will be happy to accommodate you, but would ask for a contribution towards postage of £3.00.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.

Return policy
If you are not completely happy with any of the shoes supplied, please return them to us, unworn, within 14 days of receipt, complete with original box/wrapping.  Customers are asked to return goods using 2nd Class Post or Parcel Post as appropriate.  Refunds are given of the full purchase price, less our postage costs of £3.00 per order.  Please note, customers are responsible for return postage, unless goods are proved faulty, when we will be happy to reimburse this cost, along with cost of item.
Should you wish to exchange your received goods for another size, we will be happy to oblige, but would ask for a £3.00 contribution towards postage of replacement pair.  (Customer responsible for return postage costs of original purchase.)
