Underwear (including bra's/basques etc) and Swimwear are non-returnable due to incorrect size/fit. If you require any measurements or are in any doubt about sizing/fit - PLEASE email me prior to bidding as exchanges or refunds will NOT BE GIVEN, no EXCEPTIONS!!

I always check my garments for defects prior to despatchment - however, in the event that a manufacturing fault is found - I will replace the item like for like and in the unlikely event that the item is sold out a refund will be offered! FAULTS must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods! REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition.

It MUST not have been tried on, or worn. It MUST be clean and have labels still intact, and in its original packaging (were applicable)

It MUST not smell of smoke, perfume or any other odour It MUST be returned within 7 days of report. If faulty, I will refund P&P costs.

If an item is returned for any reason other than faulty, and a refund is requested, I reserve the right to charge a 25% re-handling fee, deduct P&P costs, and apply to eBay to reclaim all seller fees.

DUE TO STRICT HYGIENE STANDARDS I DONT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BRIEFS,THONGS or SWIMWEAR! RETURNS will only be accepted in the case of genuine factory faults for these products ONLY. You MUST report the fault within 2 days of receipt of goods.  A replacement will be sent out or in the case of the item being sold out an alternative item will be offered or a refund including P&P costs will be given.  I would be more than happy on ALL other items (excluding briefs, thongs, swimwear) to be exchanged (within 7 days) for the same or alternative style if necessary or money back (within 7 days) less P&P costs incurred for sending out, as long as the following are complied with:  All returns must BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION/PACKAGING, CLEAN and FROM A SMOKE FREE enviroment to qualify - the BUYER would be responsible for the cost of sending back the product as well as the cost of having the exchange sent back to themselves - if any of these conditions are not complied with I reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and report the item to ebay to claim all seller fees.
