Shipping Information Every effort is made to send your item as soon as payment is received usually the next working day, however please allow 1-3 days for dispatch. Once i have sent your item you will receive an automated email confirming this information. UK buyers can expect to receive their item within 1-3 days of dispatch depending on its weight and size. By bidding on the auction you are agreeing to finalise the transaction, by sending payment within 7 days of the auction ending. Please take into account your body shape and size when bidding. Many of my clothes items are split sizes for example small to medium is a UK 8-10. Medium to large is a UK 12-14. If there is a clothes item which you need specific measurements for please contact me for details.

AUCTION ITEMS
Refunds are not given for auction items, every effort is made to insure item discriptions are as accurate as possible.
On receipt of the item if you decide that it does not suit you or is to small or to tight, unfortunatley there is nothing i can do. This is my ebay store, and unlike mail order catologues you cant return for a refund or exchange for the above reasons.
Refunds are not given if you bid on the wrong size, items are fast moving and new styles and lines are added weekly so exchange is highly unlikely. If you bid on a size 10 you will receive a size 10. Like myself i tend to buy clothes which are to small for me....why maybe im in denial about my size. Or think may be one day i will slim down into it. LADIES PLEASE BID ON YOUR SIZE...... as changes cannot be made later.I will only issue a refund on an aution item if it is faulty.
Please read discriptions carefully, auctions items will only be refunded if item is faulty!!!
BUY IT NOW ITEMS
Distant selling laws means that any clothes item that is purchased at a fixed price where the buyer has not been able to see or touch the item has the right to return it.
I fully comply with this law The terms and conditions are as follows:
1. The garment must be returned within 14 days of the auction ending
2.All the original tags must be in place
3. Garment must be in original state....... No pet hairs, Odours e.g cigarette smoke or Body odour/perfume!!! in simple terms if you have worn it of the house you cant send it back!!
Item must be returned recorded delivery, This cost is non refundable
If all of the above is complied with I will issue a refund for the item cost, minus a 15% administration and restocking fee.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item please contact me immediately e-mail.
I offer a full refund against faulty items on receipt of the item.
