Shipping
All items are sent within three days of cleared funds Monday to Friday.I post everything recorded delivery signed for even international sales.If you require next day service then opt for the special delivey section (uk only).Guaranteed Saturday delivery will cost £2.00 extra and all order's for next day and Saturday have to be placed by 1pm .All items are sent on a hanger (unless underwear) and in two plastic mailing bags.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:I do offer a no quibble exchange system except underwear .The condition's are that you email me the same day you recieve the item('s) and let me know the problem .If you do return the goods they need to be returned the next working day via special delivery next working day (no items will be accepted other than this postage).You will pay the return postage to me plus return to you which will be mimimum recorded signed for.If you return the item then ebay fee's which i have encountered will be deducted from the sale and 10% restocking fee.No returns will be accepted after 7 days which is of course distant sellers contract.If the goods are sent back without authorisation the goods will be returned to sender.I check all items before sending ie zips ,size,button's etc and will have a quality assured sticker on the inner bag.All items to be sent back in the same condition as received and on hangers and in suitable packaging.The goods will be inspected if thay have been worn or have stains,cigarette smoke or pet smells they will be returned and no exchange will take place.If you cannot find anything suitable an "E CREDIT NOTE" which will be sent to you via email with a code on it this must be used within 3 months.No exchange on underwear,sale items or auction listing's.
