How Karibu Online Sales began.

My name is Tanya and I have worked very hard in the past four years creating and establishing Karibu Online Sales.  After the birth of my second child, I returned back to work only to discover that more then half of my salary was being given to childcare.  We had already sold a few items on Ebay and found it very exciting just before the end to see the extra pennies going on.  With this in mind it was agreed that I would work from home and set up my own business selling top ladies fashion. My partner did all the research and was able to find a reliable source that is a big fashion supplier. We were able to negotiate a good pricing structure so that we would be able to pass on the savings to you. Our clothes are brand new and well packaged, they are upto date top quality.

We are a family run business with over 20 years experience of selling to the public of which 4 years have now been online. As a small company we can give our customers a more personal service that many larger companies may not do. During our time online we have built up an excellent customer service reputation and our delivery service is second to none which reflects in our feedback.

Our Customer Service is second to none. Please check your item on arrival if you are unsatisfied you must email us within 24 hours of receipt with your concerns. All our garments are listed with accurate measurements check all listing measurements are going to fit you, please do not bid/buy if you are in doubt about the size or fit as we cannot accept returns where wrong sizes have been purchased we will answer all questions sent to us. Please email us in the first instance if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase and we will help you, we want you to come back to us in the future.We only accept returns when items arrive back to us in the same condition as they were sent out. All returns must be agreed by Karibu please contact us via "ask the seller a question" to get confirmation before returning an item. Returns without this agreement will not be credited. We will not refund the items where tags have been removed. Sorry, we are unable to refund postage costs to returned items or refund the p&p amount paid in the original transaction. All Lingerie items must NOT be worn or any labels and tags removed for Hygene reasons. Please note a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
