• All items are shipped from our facility FOUR (4) business days from the date payment is received (excluding e-checks).   Please be patient as this processing time is necessary because we ship more than 25 Rolex watches every day and we want to prepare each shipment with the very best care...it also gives us time to weed out the fraudulent payments from the bad guys.   My apologies for the inconvenience, but this strict shipping policy comes from being burned.

Return Privilege

If it does not put a lump in your throat, you can send it back for a full refund. NO HASSLES, NO QUESTIONS, NO REASONS needed---just let us know within 3 days of receiving your item and then promptly return it via insured shipping. We are not like other dealers where you must wait weeks or months to see the credit or refund. We process all of our returns each weekend and your PayPal account will be credited no later than 3 business days of that weekend. Also, unlike most retailers, we will not deduct a restocking fee.
