Every effort is made to package and address items correctly together with sender details.  Proof of posting is always obtained.  Once an item has been posted I cannot be held responsible for delivery loss or damage.  Royal Mail have a claims procedure for such occasions which the buyer must initiate.  Buyers can arrange their own couriers/carriers but a collection charge of £2.00 will apply without exception and notification needs to be given to us before the item ends.  I do accept postal orders and cheques but only on the understanding that the cheque will have to clear through the bank before item is sent.
