UK Buyers are covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations  and are required to notify us within 7 days of receipt of their order if they intend returning the order. Customers are expected to return the order securely at their expense and in the condition sent. We recommend the use of a traceable service. Having been properly notified we must receive the order back no later than 14 calendar days after the customer signed for the original delivery. Orders received back after this generous 14 day period (specified by EBay) will not be acknowledged unless we have given prior dispensation. 
We take no responsibility for goods returned until they are received by us. Upon receipt they will be checked to ensure that they have been returned in the condition sent before the transaction is cancelled (unless an exchange / upgrade have been agreed) and a refund promptly issued.
Should we ever inadvertently dispatch the wrong order / size we will make what ever arrangements necessary to ensure a swift cost free exchange. On the other hand  In the event that the customer simply changes their mind or finds that they have not taken into consideration the details clearly stated on the listing we reserve the right to charge a 10% re stocking fee ( unless an exchange has been agreed) before making any refund.

However in the event that the buyer elects to cancell the sale the buyer aknowledges our right to fairly deduct our shipping and packing cost from any refund made (in lieu of a re stocking fee ) in respect of said cancellation. The more simpler way of stating the matter is that where applicable shipping is free on sales within the UK where specified but BUYING ON APPROVAL DOES NOT ATTRACT FREE SHIPPING.
