You can see from my feedback and the fact that I am a PowerSeller that I sell quality items following eBay policy and that people are happy with their purchases, as they get excellent value for money and good service.

Please bear in mind that some of my trainers are not sold in their original boxes and where this is the case you will find it stated in the listing. This does not matter to most people as you rarely need the box after your start wearing the trainers. However, this may be important to you if you are buying them as a gift, for example. My items are all original and 100% genuine, purchased from reputable UK stockists. No foreign fakes here!

Buying trainers this way is how I pass on such large savings to my customers. Where the original box is not available, I use a new, plain shoe box for shipping purposes and wrap the item in acid free paper for added protection in transit.

Some of the trainers may have been tried on in the shop (just like most shoes are when you buy them from the high street) but they are all in an unworn, new condition unless otherwise stated. If trainers are advertised as in their original box they are unlikely to have been tried on at all.

I describe items as accurately as possible and will always describe any defects or markings and this will be taken into account in the asking price. Where defects or markings are stated, no refund will be given on the item because of this.

Because an item doesn’t fit you or doesn’t look right on you is not a reason for requesting a refund. I am not Empire Stores or Freemans, just a guy selling trainers in his spare time! You can always re-sell the item on eBay and may even make a profit.

When refunding, I will only refund the cost of the item and not the postage charges. Obviously, if the wrong item or wrong size is sent in error, or if an item has been grossly misrepresented, a full refund including postage charges will be given, without question. I will obviously not refund any item which has been worn, except for sizing purposes.
