Second Class UK Delivery or International Airmail

Item not arrived?
From time to time mail goes missing; The Royal Mail advises that you can typically expect a Second Class delivery to arrive within 2-4 days of posting and Airmail with 14 working days; the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. The Royal Mail will not consider a Second Class parcel lost until 14 working days have passed, an Airmail parcel until 28 working days.

If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until the 14 (UK mail) or 28 (international mail) working days have passed. After this time we can report the item lost to the Royal Mail who will investigate the matter with the police.

Once reported we can send you a replacement or issue you a refund (minus shipping costs)

Tracked Airmail/UK Mail
Please note that Royal Mail do not provide tracking with standard Airmail/surfacemail packets. If you require a tracked parcel please add and extra £4.20 to the international shipping cost or £0.70 for recorded UK mail.

You must arrange your own carrier and you will be liable for the return postage costs. When you return your item, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured (by certificate of postage, valid to £34, or otherwise) for transit, as we cannot accept receipt of an item damaged beyond the information provided in your email. If the item incurs further damage in transit to that described in your email we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier.
