The BUYER will be liable for the cost of returning the item no matter what the cause of return and for the subsequent cost of having the item returned to him/her if it is found the item has been tampered with in any way. We do not cover and can charge for Software faults, the laptop cannot be returned if operating system becomes corrupted due to installation of third party software or misuse or fails due to any other software issue. We only guarantee against hardware failure where the item has not been miss-used or tampered with.

Goods returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery. Goods authorised for return will be 1st repaired and returned. If repair not possible it will be replaced with identical item or equivalent item. If neither of these two options is available will finally issue a refund less our original shipping costs.
