All refurbished product has been fully soak tested prior to listing, All items are covered for 90 days on a return to base warranty. (Extended warranties available) Should in the unlikely event you require this service you will be expected to return the item in the packaging we supplied. The BUYER will be liable for the cost of returning the item no matter what the cause of return and for the subsequent cost of having the item returned to him/her if it is found the item has been tampered with in any way. We do not cover and can charge for Software faults, the laptop cannot be returned if operating system becomes corrupted due to installation of third party software or misuse or fails due to any other software issue. We only guarantee against hardware failure where the item has not been miss-used or tampered with.

Goods returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery. Goods authorised for return will be 1st repaired and returned. If repair not possible it will be replaced with identical item or equivalent item. If neither of these two options is available will finally issue a refund less our original shipping costs.

Please note - Battery life is not guaranteed. The returns policy is invalid if you have any complaints about the battery. (A battery is a consumable item and can be replaced)
