We only guarantee against hardware failure where the item has not been miss-used or tampered with.

Goods returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery. Goods authorised for return will be 1st repaired and returned. If repair not possible it will be replaced with identical item or equivalent item. If neither of these two options is available will finally issue a refund less our original shipping costs.
