Payment Policy
- We accept PayPal payment only.
- All offers are final and non-negotiable. Shipping discounts will be offered if it is applicable. We do not offer a shipping discount for free shipping transaction.
- Buyers has obligation to pay for the item immediately after placed an bid and complete the transaction. We will open Unpaid Item Strike for transaction which is left unpaid over 7 days.
Shipping Policy
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO GERMANY, SOUTH AFRICA.
- We do not ship to Italy UNLESS buyers from Italy accept to receive items over ONE month. This is a fact that it takes prolong time to Italy for postal procedures. Please kindly do not bid any items from us if you are not patience enough. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ARE GOING TO BUY from us. Thanks for your co-operation.
- We always ship items by using Hong Kong Post. We do not ship any items until payment is received and cleared in PayPal account. Please be aware that we only shipped to the address that filed on eBay and PayPal. Both addresses are supposed to be the same and buyer are liable for providing a correct and updated postal address. Unless we agree, we do not ship to an address that is different to the address filed on eBay and PayPal.
- Under most cases, the transit times to different countries are shown as below:
over 7 days US, UK, Australia, Canada
over 14 days Russia, Brazil, Spain, France
over 21 days Malta
Returns Policy
- Every items before we shipped is quality assured and we do not ship any defective or broken item if we know. If buyer received an item which is defective or broken, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve as much as we can do. If buyers do not satisfy with the items they received, we can offer a full refund but buyers have to pay for the shipping cost to return items. Shipping costs of returning items are non-negotiable.
