Medium power loudspeaker attenuator L-Pad 50W 8 Ohm

Primarily used for level matching of tweeter and high frequency units in PA cabinets (especially useful if you have changed the HF driver for one of greater sensitivity than the original)

Wire wound construction with a plastic body the L-Pad maintains an 8 Ohm load on the input terminals so it will always present a nominal 8 ohm load to your crossover, and so not alter the crossover point, but varies the level sent to the tweeter unit to allow for level matching.

Will find other uses too, but not recommended for use as a muting device (i.e. as an off switch) for speakers as at 50W this could get the wire wound coils quite hot....... 

Has a 9 mm mounting post, and supplied with a plastic control knob.
