While little known and relatively unheralded during its brief existence, the Krautrock duo Neu! cast a large shadow over later generations of musicians and served as a major influence on artists as diverse as David Bowie, Sonic Youth, Pere Ubu, Julian Cope, and Stereolab. Neu! formed in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 1971 after multi-instrumentalists Michael Rother and Klaus Dinger both split from Kraftwerk. It is the original german pressing with the green brain labels and a gatefold sleeve.

I will start with describing the vinyl itself......

It is truely a beautiful copy of this classic album.the vinyl is blemish free.It is as clean a copy as i have witnessed over the years.The labels and spindle holes show  no usage  at all.

The vinyl has the lustre of a new record.Overall,i would rate the vinyl as NEAR MINT.

The cover is fully intact.It is a strong construction made from quality card board.

There is no major seam splitting to speak of.There are one or two dings on the seam(or spine) of the cover but its nothing major at all.Due to its construction and the materials that it has been constructed with,the plastic laminate on the cover has shrinking on the corners and edges which is common on all original pressings these days.i have seen many copies of this album over the years and i can honestly tell you that this sleeve holds up to all of them.In fact,almost all that i have seen have excessive laminate peeling or bubbling.

Overall,i would rate the sleeve as VERY GOOD +.

there is no evidence of fading or scratching on the iconic NEU! logo either on the front or back.the inside of the gatefold is perfectly clean also.

i have rated this album as fairly and as conservatively as possible.it is truely a keeper copy so please bid with confidence!!!
