An early 20th century vintage stoneware blacking pot/bottle (corked and still with contents) with an original pictorial paper label PROPER'S STANDARD BLACKING with images of sailor and soldier holding flags.Please view the other labelled bottles I have for auction this week.

SIZE: 7.75" (19.75 cms) high

CONDITION: Some inevitable wear to the label (shown),otherwise good condition with no damage to bottle.The pictures give a fair representation of condition. 

Rare labelled blacking pot/bottle which would be a great addition to a themed collection.No reserve.Please view the other labelled bottles I have for auction this week.

I always pack multiple purchases (from same day auctions) together to reduce postage costs for buyers.I pack to a high standard using bubble wrap,loose fill and polystyrene to prevent damage and disappointment and obtain a certificate of posting for each item when posted.I can accept no personal liability for items lost or damaged in the post if insurance is not purchased at the point of payment.
