cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow

How long will my item take to arrive?

We normally offer next working day delivery to your home door
by TNT transportation service, as long as your purchasing is before 11:00.
Please remember that working day means Monday to Friday, and not includes bank
holiday. If you have not received your item within 7 working days. Please
contact us.
Delivery times are increased over the Christmas period and New Year. If you need
an item urgently during this period, please contact us.
Please be aware that we use TNT so we can continue to provide low cost delivery
options for all our customers. If you have a problem with a delivery, please
firstly contact us, and we will do our best to sort it out. We have a full
track and trace system in place for parcel deliveries. We can tell you
exactly where your parcel is in the country, and how many delivery attempts have
been made to the delivery address.
Also, after we provide a consignment number to you, you can track your item via
the TNT's
quicktrack by yourself.
DELIVERED AS DAMAGED GOODS?
Please do check
the item and see if it has been damaged or not during the TNT'S
transportation before
you sign the consignment notice. If it's damaged, please sign as Goods
Damaged. Then we will send you a new item by the next day.
Can I Combine My Postage Charge?
When you buy more than one of item, you may be eligible to pay a reduced
postage per extra item you buy [weight and size permitting]. The additional
item charge is stated in the product listing and at the check out.
If you are buying in quantity from our product range please contact us so we
can optimise the delivery method. This is particularly important for TRADE
customers who have sizable and ongoing requirements.
Unfortunately collection
from our warehouse is not available.

and after every sale.
Can I exchange
the item if my family member doesn’t like it?
In
order to return an item you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the
product to arrange an RMA (Returned Material Authorisation email).
1.
The returned item must be in its original packaging with all original documents.
2.
Replacements will be given for items as long as they have been used in
accordance with usage guidelines.
3.
You must contact us to let us know of the fault, please do not send us an item
without contacting us first. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide you
with an RMA email authorisation. We will test the item and if it is faulty we
will send a replacement within 14 days.
4. Venicebath has no responsibility for the exchange item postage if it is
not due to quality issue.
Conditions (please read)
If you contact us after 30 days we will assume that the item was working and
subsequently developed a fault. Items which develop a fault after 30 days are
subject to return conditions under the manufacturers warranty.
Can I return the
item and require for refund?
Yes, if for any reason you are not 100%satisfied with any product covered by
our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee just send it back, any time within 30 days of
the product in full. postage will not be refunded.
This is in addition to the excellent manufacturers guarantees, and of course
does not affect your statutory rights in any way. Venicebath has no
responsibility for return postage.
If a customer returns an item to us claiming that it is faulty but it is found
to be working correctly, we will not provide a replacement or refund. Due to the
time taken to process returns we will charge a restocking fee of £10 and the
postage charge to resend the item will be requested again.
If an item is returned to us without contacting us first to arrange an RMA,
there may be a delay of 7 days in processing the return.
Returns and Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Venice bath Limited.
Manufacturer's warranties are supplied with most merchandise purchased from
Venice bath Limited. After the return period has expired, please contact us. and
VeniceBath will contact manufacturer to resolve any problems with your
equipment.
Returned items should be well packaged to avoid damage in the post, and we
recommend the use of a traceable service so that you can confirm when we receive
the item. Venice bath Limited is not responsible for returned items which do not
get to us, or arrive to us in poor condition. Venice bath Limited is also not
responsible for items lost in the post.
