Kumihimo - (Japanese Braided Rope) Pattern Methodology

This is a rather technical workbook showing how to execute Kimihimo braids.  Please study the images below.   There are 16 braids shown in color, and the majority of the books is pattern execution illustrations for making them, as well as other braid patterns shown in black and white.  There are also some photos of braid station preparation and set up.

The text is Japanese, and it would certainly help in this case to be able to read the text, but an experienced and/or ambitious person may be able to follow and execute the braids using the pattern execution illustrations.
