Horsing Around specialises in supplying horse related products to the model horse hobby and horse enthusiasts. We also supply customers with a wide range of general, and specialist, hobby supplies. Most of the horse related products we sell are produced exclusively for Horsing Around and can not be purchased anywhere else.

We are a VAT registered company in the UK and have been trading since 1994. Horsing Around complies with all appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions Act.

We sell only items that are currently in stock and are ready to be dispatched immediately.

Payment is due within seven days of the auction's end. The winning bidder will receive an invoice within 24 hours following the close of the auction.

For International customers we accept payment by PayPal and credit card in Pounds Sterling. For customers in the UK we can also accept payments by debit cards, personal cheque and postal order.

Payment by credit/debit card can be taken over the phone Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT on 01527 894496. If paying by cheque or postal order then please make them payable to Horsing Around. Please do not send cash in the mail as we cannot guarantee its safe arrival and processing.

If payment not received in ten days after auction's end we will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay.

We are more than willing to combine P&P costs for multiple purchases. When you have purchased your items from our store, please wait for us to email you a combined invoice before paying (we aim to do this within 24 hours).

All items are weighed and P&P is charged at cost and we do not, unlike some companies, charge a handling fee. As a VAT registered company we are obliged by law to charge VAT on P&P.

If you pay through PayPal before receiving this combined invoice you may end up paying too much!

All UK orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday-Friday. International orders are normally dispatched within 5 days of cleared payment, Monday-Friday.

Horsing Around wants to ensure you have the best experience possible with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item(s) at your cost and we will refund your initial outlay excluding P&P costs. Please note, that goods sold as 'AS-IS' or 'Seconds' are not covered by this 7 day money back guarantee.

You MUST get our approval first before returning any items. To initiate a return, contact us through "Ask seller a question" detailing your Invoice Number and the reason for return.

Please note, it is your responsibility to return the goods, at your cost, and take reasonable care of them until they are returned. Horsing Around is not responsible for any goods damaged or lost in the returns process.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. All of our products are brand new and complete (unless otherwise stated).
