Returns and warranties
Return Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from R and J Etrading. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Distance selling.
Buy It Nows Returns under Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the Order and get their money back.
If you have purchased this item and change your mind and wish to return it, you'll be permitted to do so, provided the following conditions are met You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item.
No refund will be given If any security seals are broken. It must be returned in 'as new' or 'In as sold' condition within 7 days of delivery. You mustn't damage the box, packaging, or item (If with original packing). Free gifts, additional accessories and documentation that came with the goods must also be returned.
Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund.
An item must be in the same condition as when received ALL leads remotes etc must be included any missing item/s will be charged at cost.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days . If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.
We will arrange collection (UK only) or If preferred make a claim against the carrier.
Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back , we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival and Items Faulty in 14 day Warranty Period
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault Will will arrange collection (UK only) Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
Overseas buyers will be liable for the cost of return postage. Faulty items from overseas buyers must be returned at your cost.
