In certain areas the delivery may take up to three working days (i.e. Scottish Highlands and certain other rural areas.)

Please note:- We can only dispatch goods to the address where the card is registered to (i.e. the address where your card statements goes to). This is to prevent card fraud.  If you wish your items to go to your business'/work address you would have to phone our mail order team on 01206 798000.

If you are the winner you will receive an email with a personalized checkout link that will guide you through the checkout process.
Checking out is very simple, allowing us to extract your exact and correct shipping information, take payment in a safe and secure environment and also ensure your item is shipped fast.
Please be advised to checkout to the point of payment straight away upon the close of the first item, this will clearly mark you as a serious customer and not a non paying bidder.
Once all your items have closed then please return to checkout to complete the transaction and pay in full.

Returns

All goods we sell carry YEAR parts and labour guarantee.
Should a product fail within these times customers must phone with a detailed report of the fault. Should a product fail within the first 7 DAYS, we will pay for a courier to collect & return the unit to us for evaluation. If faulty, the unit will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We will also bear the return cost. Customers must include a copy of the original invoice and also a written report of the fault.
Cartridges/Styli and Crossfaders are not included in the guarantee as these are wear and tear items ( user replaceable ).
Goods can only be returned Mon-Fri - 9.00am - 5:30pm.
We are unable to specify a time. Should a day for delivery/collection be agreed and our couriers are unable to receive a response at the address supplied, no further deliveries/collection will be attempted without payment of £15 per attempt.
Please ensure that units are packed in an outer box to ensure the product box is not defaced.
Once we have the item back we will endeavor to return the item within 24-48 hours (subject to availability of parts).
