If item does not suit, you are very welcome to return for a refund, but of the item price only. You will not get back the P&P costs nor your return postage so please check this is what you require before purchase and ask any questions, we do our best to answer them all in a timely fashion.
And yes, we do combine postage. Just wait for us to weigh the items and send you a combined invoice.
Firstly, lets start with the good news! We either refund or replace if your item goes missing in the post. Its that simple. No waiting around. If after a reasonable amount of time (not 15 days, that is FAR too long), your item has not turned up and Royal Mail confirm this to be the case, we refund you (and that includes the p&p charge) or, if we have one, send out a replacement.
Collection is always possible from Church Village, CF38 and we don't charge for this. We do ask you to phone first to make sure someone is in. If paying by paypal for collection items, you must bring with you identification that includes the address your paypal account is registered to. Otherwise, we can take cash for collection items.

All pictures are taken on a digital camera and therefore they may be slight colour variations between what you see on your computer screen and the actual colour of the item.
Descriptions will always be subjective. We try to be as accurate and honest as we can in our descriptions and if you find a fault that was not clearly stated in the auction details, it was an oversight on our part rather than a deliberate attempt to mislead. In these circumstances we ask you to return the item and we refund you in full, including your return postage.
We prefer to communicate via email with our lovely customers rather than via feedback. If you do not contact us, we cannot resolve the issue. We would urge you to contact us first to see if we can come to an amicable solution. We always work hard to keep our customers satisfied and belive our feedback reflects our commitment to customer care.
We post items out as fast as is physically possible but our post office is not open on Thursday afternoons and is only open for 2 hours on a Saturday.
Our post & packing costs are fair and reasonable. We don't include charges for for my cups of tea whilst packing (and I drink a LOT of tea!), my parking, my gas money, donuts for energy, paypal fees, ebay fees, etc. However, we do send everything to comply with paypal requirements, and that includes some sort of online tracking, but this does allow us to be able to refund without question, should the item go missing.
Our items are packed with care. We may recycle packing as part of our initiative to reduce our carbon footprint.

Paypal.
This is our preferred method of payment, but please note that Echeques can take up to 14 days to clear and we don't send items until they clear. Paypal balance or funded from a debit or credit card means instant payment and fast dispatch.

Postal orders - uncrossed & via recorded delivery - crossed postal orders will be returned as we just can't get to the bank.
Gift Vouchers - ELC, Sainsbury, John Lewis, Boden, Waitrose, Tesco (not clubcard) , M&S - we take others so email to check
Due to ongoing problems with bounced cheques we DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES - I am really sorry but due to around 20% of cheques I get sent bouncing I just cannot absorb these costs anymore.

If you have a genuine problem do not hesitate to email me. We don't bite. 
We always file non-paying bidder alerts with ebay - without exception. Therefore, failure to pay could result in your being registered as a non paying bidder & ultimately barred from using eBay.

We leave feedback when the transaction is complete, which is not when you pay.
Once you have your item, we either leave feedback automatically on receipt of yours OR once you have let us know you have your item and are satisfied.
Feedback is voluntary, and it is not necessary to leave us feedback for us to get feedback left for you. However, we do need to know you have your item and there are no outstanding issues with it. We believe this encourages communication between seller and buyer and allows us a chance to rectify any issues that may arise.
Our ultimate aim is customer satisfaction and we always welcome any opportunity to resolve any issues that may arise.
