Non European Union Buyers are reminded that they are responsible for paying any import or customs charges that are applied to their orders and Shop_at_Bargain_Warehouse will not be held liable for any such charges imposed by your country's customs or tax officials.
Shop_at_Bargain_Warehouse will not make any false declarations regarding the contents or value of any items that require customs documentation to be attatched.

Shop_at_Bargain_Warehouse will only despatch goods to the address that the buyer has registered to their Paypal and/or Ebay account. Requests to send order(s) to an alternative address will be declined.

Shop_at_Bargain_Warehouse refuses to supply goods to any person(s) under the age of 18.

Shop_at_Bargain_Warehouse may alter the brand of free rolling papers that are offered with certain products without prior notification.

We wish to make buyers aware that although we despatch all orders by 1st Class Post, we cannot be held liable for delivery times unless timed guaranteed delivery services are purchased as your preferred shipping method. These services must also be purchased BEFORE 2:30pm.

Should your order not arrive by the 15th day of the notified day of posting please contact us and we will begin a claim with Royal Mail for the loss of the order(s). 
We do not recognise orders as being lost until this date has passed and will not entertain any claims for non delivery of goods until this date.
Claims will only be settled after we have received notification from Royal Mail that they have completed their investigation and that the customer has returned to them the claim form.

We always pass details of non delivery onto Royal Mail.
