ABOUT THIS ITEM

  • This is a detailed (scale model) figure of King Charles I (1600 - 1649). Charles was King of England and Scotland between 1625 and 1649.  His disagreements with Parliament led to the English Civil War, which lasted from 1642 to 1649.  Charles was summarily tried for treason and executed. 
  • Made in the United Kingdom from resin and hand painted, it stands on a wooden plinth (base). Also included is a metal plate which can be engraved.  The plate is sticky backed and the photo shows one already stuck on.  However, it is left seperate for ease of engraving. Measures high 4" (9.5 cm) approx.
  • An ideal gift you can display.
  • Other figures available in this set are Oliver Cromwell & The Harquebusier (cavalryman).
