Payment
Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. We accept payment via PayPal, Personal/Business Cheque, Bankers Draft, UK Postal Order or Bank Transfer.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charge quoted is for most of the UK mainland. If you live in areas HS, IV, PA, KA, KW, PH, TD, AB37-56, FK, DG1-16, KY, ML, please contact us before ordering to confirm the shipping charges.
If you live in Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands please contact us before ordering to confirm the shipping charges.
Stock Levels
Please note that while we endeavour to supply all items there are times when stock levels may vary from those shown. This is due to the same items being sold in our Supercentre in South Lincolnshire.
In the event that we do experience difficulties in completing your order, you will receive notification of an alternative delivery date or offered a full refund.
Returns policy
If the item is faulty we will arrange collection of the damaged item and delivery of a replacement item. DO NOT send the item back to us using your own courier as we cannot refund postage in these circumstances.
If you bought the item in error you may return it within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your money minus Ebay and freight charges. This is dependent on the goods being returned to us in the condition that we sent them.
Expected Delivery Time
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your order.
All items that are shipped via our courier require a signature on delivery. Please provide a contact telephone number in case of difficulties delivering your items.
Faulty Goods
Notification of faulty goods should be given within 24 hours of receipt of said goods. Replacements/Refunds will be sent on receipt of faulty goods. No refunds/replacements will be given for goods that we deem to have been misused. Tents and equipment should be checked for faults/shortages before use, as we take no responsibility for any costs incurred due to faulty goods/shortages. We reserve the right to make the final decision on the eligability of a refund.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you want to return non-faulty goods, notification should be given within 24 hours of receipt of said goods.
Non-Faulty goods may be returned for a refund. The following conditions apply.
1) The item must still be in the original packing.
2) The item must be un-opened. i.e tent must be factory packed.
3) As all specifications are listed, no item will be refunded due to size, colour etc.
We reserve the right to decline issuing a refund.
Re-stocking Fees/Carriage Fees
A re-stocking fee of £10 will be charged for non-faulty goods that are returned to us. Carriage/Postage for delivery/returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please quote your item number on all correspondence.
Non-Delivery Charges
All items that are shipped via our courier require a signature on delivery. If you are not there at the time they deliver the goods a card will be left. They will attempt to deliver again on the next working day. If in the event our couriers have attempted to deliver your order on more than one occasion with no success the goods will be returned to us.
A standard fee of £8.00 per item will be charged for any goods returned to us to cover 'return delivery'. In order to re-ship your goods the original delivery cost for your items will be charged.
